Return Policy
Due to the nature of Sex Toy products and related health issues. Toysoflovers.com is unable to accept returns on open products. Products returned because of manufacturers defect are returnable for exchange only, within 5 business days of shipment with toysoflovers.com return authorization. To get authorization number email to service@toysoflovers.com. Oils, Lubricants and any other unopened product may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. All other claims must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.

All in-stock orders placed by 5:00PM EST (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) are shipped the following day. By chance you purchased an item that is out-of-stock, we will notify you before shipping. We will then ship the remaining order when product becomes available at no charge.
